Design & Production
For more than 30 years, our natural horn frames have been produced according to our own designs and using the latest technology.
The resulting models are examples of a synergy of experience and an exceptional feeling for individuality, form and colour. The various combinations of the supplementary materials, such as silk or wood, add a personal touch to the frames.
A natural product in a class of its own
Horn derived from the Indian water buffalo is ideally suited to frames for glasses.
This natural material is anti-allergic, as light as a feather and gives the wearers of glasses an especially comfortable and pleasant sensation.
The NATURAL HORN that is used comes from the water buffalo, which is kept as a domestic animal in India. Natural horn is a by-product and its use does not infringe the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
Finish & Craftmanship
The MultilayerTechnik, a method which was specially developed by us, endows the naturally developed colouring of the horn with more luminance and intensity.
Our frames are a manifestation of good craftsmanship. Our work process involves more than 40 steps for our frames to be turned into really unique objects.
